Positives: The apartment was in a brilliant location for access to the waterfront and the subway. Negatives: Internet would keep dropping if not in main sitting area, apartment was clean and tidy, but could do with some touch up As i only used the apartment to sleep in then would recommend to anyone for the location and ease of access to the city. Would definitely stay there again

This property was immaculate and the location was ideal for our trip. Property was well secured and it was very quiet. Property had everything as described on Expedia property description. As with anywhere there were a few minor issues which upon contacting Sam he gave further instructions and it was resolved. Example of an issue was the futon which would not lay flat due to the mechanism needing to be reset, however with a hard push and pull back it worked. Sam was exceptional, he answered our calls and text messages. He provided check in instructions, property rules few days before and check out instructions the day before check out. Overall, this was an accommodative property and highly recommended.

Didn’t like that I had to put the wash on before I left and the furniture is a little uncomfortable but nice little place downtown with a balcony.

Very convenient walking distance for what we were there for.

Location was excellent
